Nancy Schuster is most known for her ability to serve as a trusted “connection maven.” Her prowess in developing teams and fostering the creative process has amassed hundreds of successful negotiations and partnerships throughout her career leading Schuster to become a notable “go-to” within the entertainment industry. Having been an integral player in the NYC nightlife scene along with having worked in-house, agency-side and independently, her experience across advertising/marketing, branding, events/galas, styling/image consulting, casting, production, PR and talent management runs deep. Plus, her extensive knowledge around content development and social media has led to several game-changing digital firsts like establishing the NYC Media brand across Twitter and Facebook for Katherine Oliver, Principal at Bloomberg Associates.

She started her professional career in private events working directly with Caroline Hirsch of Caroline’s on Broadway followed by a wide variety of actors, musicians and nightlife locales including Jet East, Limelight, Christina Aguilera, L.A. Reid, the Sopranos cast and Laurence Fishburne to name a few. Schuster always had a penchant for fashion and dove into that world by styling high-profile clients for D&G along with Thomas Pink under the LVMH umbrella. It was this exposure that solidified her goal to expand her reach into the world of advertising/marketing and led to her stint at Grey Worldwide/NYC; working on such accounts as Pantene (global), Women’s Tennis Association, Buick Classic, Twix & Mars, Panasonic, Hasbro, Conagra Brands and Smucker’s along with collaborating with music video, commercial and film director, Dave Meyers plus Usher, Lil’ Bow Wow (Jermaine Dupri), Dream (Bad Boy), Savion Glover, Tina Landon, Funk Master Flex and DJ Skribble. As Schuster sought career expansion, it became clear that taking an entrepreneurial leap into the consulting world was the next logical step into making her a veritable talent expert.

She proceeded to establish strong partnerships with major networks/platforms and served as the NYC/East Coast counterpart to several notable LA-based PR agencies. Representing some of their most prominent clients across prime time and reality television to YouTube, streaming services and Broadway, she led television to Broadway crossovers, talent revamps, movie and series premiers, castings and pop-ups. Nancy has also consulted for Unilever’s Dove, Axe, Degree and Simple brands along with collaborating for Bravo’s Top Chef and Project Runway, ABC’s The Bachelorette, IMG, Miss Universe Organization, The Israeli Consulate, Fashion Delivers, Kardashians x Ali Ro, Friends of the High Line, Island Records’ American Authors + Maxim Magazine Relaunch, Mercedes-Benz NYFW, Food Network’s NYC Wine and Food Festival and the Tribeca Film Festival.

While creating a continuous level of access for her clientele that is simply unbeatable, Nancy also dedicates her time to charitable causes and social good. She’s been a consulting partner and supporter of Best Buddies, B4BC.org, City Meals, Edwin Gould Services for Children and Families, Project Sunshine, St. Francis of Assisi Kitchen and Wounded Warrior Project.

As an eternal entrepreneur, her narrative remains the same: the only way to continuously break barriers is to create authentic spaces based on genuine contextual relevance, connection and community.
